Our Group Sessions are located right on South Tacoma Way. Our focus is Weightlifting and teaching people the foundation of exercise through barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and pull up bars. We use this as a way to stay healthy, improve mental health, build muscle, burn fat and increase our metabolism. These sessions create balance through all areas of your life outside of the gym. They are meant to build your confidence, improve your relationships and create a sense of balance in your life. Every class is taught by a highly qualified Personal Trainer rather than a class instructor. This makes a world of difference when it comes to giving you exactly what you need for your fitness level while in class. We specialize in training beginners, middle aged and older. We have a diverse group of people and pride ourselves on being accepting of all walks of life with a no judgement attitude in the gym. Everybody is on the same trip to better themselves and encourage other people along the way.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 24 hours or more ahead of time or will be charged the drop in fee of $25. This ensures other people are able to get in to a class if there happens to be a waitlist and creates a sense of accountability for yourself!

Weightlifting 101

This class will teach you everything you need to know about weightlifting and more. Whether you are an experienced lifter looking for a good program or a beginner looking to start weightlifting the correct way. We set up so that all fitness levels can attend, while doing exercises that work for them. We have 2 different programs for this class that alternate each day, a Strength Day & a Conditioning Day. If you want to weightlift properly while being able to challenge yourself at your level, this is the class to start with.

Core 101

If you need a stronger core, this is the class to take. Core strength is the base for all other strength and effects our everyday lives. The stronger your core is, the less aches and pains you will have. We use our bodyweight along with other tools such as rings, pull up bars, maces, ab wheels and more to get your core stronger than it has ever been.  

Weightlifting 201

Do you want to practice lifting heavier in a safe environment? This class will teach you the essentials when it comes to lifting heavier weights. We focus on compound lifts such as Deadlifts, Barbell Squats, KB Swings, Bench Press and we even work on our Pull Ups. You can take this class no matter what your fitness level is. We use Specific Rest times from 2 minutes or more to be able to implement proper heavy lifting teachnique and progressions.
