Customized Workout Program

With anything we do, we need a plan. Especially when that includes physical movements that tend to be really challenging and are meant to be progressive over time. We customize workout plans that are tailored to exactly what you need. If you can’t make it into our Gym located on South Tacoma Way, this is a good option for you.

These programs will keep you progressing over time. Whether that is building muscle and burning fat, learning how to do a pull up, increasing your deadlift weight overtime or wanting to just learn how to weightlift and stay strong. We are great at working around any injuries or other ailments that may prevent certain exercises. We will have you fill out a questionnaire that will help us figure out your strengths, weaknesses, goals and how we can help you with this workout program.
